The BBT App is designed to help women keep track of their menstrual cycles and record their basal body temperature (BWT).
To use this app, you will first need to purchase the Digital Clinical Thermometer (HT-201/HT-301), which is a thermometer that measures body temperature using a digital method. You can use this device to measure your body temperature in the following ways:
How to use the BBT App:
1. Download and install the app.
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Choose between the following two different sets of icons:
A. Women with a normal menstrual cycle.
B. Women with an irregular menstrual cycle.
4. Once you have selected an icon, you can then choose to view the graph of your chosen condition.
5. You can enter your weight and optionally add a note.
6. You can choose to view the graph, daily schedule, weight graph, symptom graph, and calendar.
